By downloading, installing, or using any application published by ShevchukIhor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. Each App may also include its own Terms on its listing page; where they differ, the App-specific terms apply.
Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
ShevchukIhor apps are designed to store your data on-device. No usage statistics, personal information, or analytics are transmitted to external servers unless an App's own Privacy Policy says otherwise.
Where an App integrates with Solana wallets, it uses Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) and Seed Vault for explicit, signed approvals. Private keys and seed phrases never leave hardware. The developer is not liable for blockchain-related loss.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of any App, including loss of data, financial loss, or damage to your device.
Apps and these Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
